Return Policy

STANDARD RETURN POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

At FlippingHomes.com, we offer a standard 30–day money–back guarantee on all books, courses, CDs and home–study products.

  • The materials must be returned to us in “Like New” condition within 30 days of original purchase.

  • Physical products should be returned, along with a copy of your order receipt, directly to our product fulfillment center:

    To ensure proper handling and credit, please be sure to include a copy of your receipt, and a note indicating that you are requesting a refund.

  • Once the product has been received by Virtual Media, they will verify its condition.  To qualify for a refund, the materials must be returned to us in “like new” condition.  It is the customer's responsibility to take care in properly packing and shipping product in a reasonable manner, so as to minimize the liklihood of product damage. FlippingHomes.com and its representatives have sole discretion to assess the condition and acceptability of returning materials.

  • If returned product is deemed to be in acceptable condition, Virtual Media will then notify FlippingHomes.com of returned product in good condition, and FlippingHomes.com will promptly issue a full refund, less a 15% restocking fee

  • If return is deemed to be unacceptable, either due to reckless product damage, product returned beyond 30 day window, or any other reason, customer will be notified.  FlippingHomes.com will offer to have product returned back to customer at customer's expense if desired.

  • Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original purchase.  For example, if a credit card was used for the purchase, the same credit card will receive the refund.  If a check was used for purchase, and check will be issued for refund.

  • When returning product, please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you may not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label. 

  • If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs upon request.

  • Purchased courses with defects caused in manufacturing or shipping may be returned for a replacement of the same product.

  • Damage to the courses caused by the customers will not be refunded or replaced.  If an issue of return falls outside the aforestated policy, the matter will be resolved in a fair manner at the discretion of principles of FlippingHomes.com.

  • Our goal is to build quality, long-term relationships with our customers.  Our standard is to over-deliver.  We will strive in all cases to do just that.

EXCEPTIONS

At the discretion of FlippingHomes.com, some products or events may, at times, allow for an even longer guarantee period.  These situations would be deemed a special circumstance / exception and would be clearly stated within the product/event description.

Unless another guarantee period is clearly stated in the description of a particular product, our 30–day money–back guarantee will always apply.

Any exceptions or extensions to this guarantee stated for any specific product should not be construed to be applicable to other products available on our website.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, digital products (e-books, software, forms, etc.) are non-refundable.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY FOR EVENTS

  • Payment to attend real estate investment events, such as bootcamps, seminars, etc. is refundable if a written refund request is received by FlippingHomes.com at least 30 days prior to the start of the event.

  • If the written refund request is received within 15 days of the start of the event, a partial (50%) refund will be given.

  • Event tuition is considered non-refundable 14 days or less before the event.  In the event Buyer cannot attend the event due to extenuating circumstances, FlippingHomes.com shall have sole discretion in to determine whether to refund all or a portion of the fee, and will do so in a fair and equitable manner.  No other remedies apply.

  • If a customer is dissatisfied after attending the first full day of an event, and requests a refund, a full refund will be granted. The individual requesting the refund must be physically in attendance to receive the refund.

  • Refund monies will be dispersed in a timely fashion, but may take up to 7-10 business days after the event has completed.

  • If an issue of return falls outside the aforestated policies, the matter will be resolved in a fair manner at the discretion of FlippingHomes.com.

  • There are no refunds for "no shows" or cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
