We have a closed affiliate program. This doesn’t mean you can’t join or that we don’t really want affiliates. Far from it. Our affiliates are important strategic partners, and we want to help them be as successful as possible.
But rather than a “free for all”, we choose to be selective in who we work with and allow to promote our products. You won’t have to jump through hoops or walk on water. But we want to get a good idea of whether or not we’re a good fit for one another, which is really best for everyone.

FlippingHomes.com Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Overview:
Our affiliate program is really very simple:
- You sign up.
- You get your own unique affiliate ID.
- You promote our products and events using your “affiliate link”, which has your unique affiliate ID embedded inside.
- Then when someone you refer to us through your affiliate link makes a purchase, you get paid a handsome referral fee.
How Much Money Can I Make?
The FlippingHomes.com affiliate program offers you a standard 50% commission from each sale generated through your affiliate link. Sometimes we may offer even more than 50% for special products or promotions. You’ll know about this in advance.
So think about it:
- You promote our best-selling “Wholesaling for Quick Cash” home study course.
- A single sale generates $179.00 x 50% = $89.50 in your pocket.
- Convert 3 sales and that’s $89.50 x 3 = $268.50 in your pocket.
- Convert 10 sales, that’s $89.50 x 10 = $895.00
…and so on. You get the picture.
What If My Prospects Don’t Purchase Right Away?
If you referred them, we want to do whatever we can to ensure you get paid for the sale. So your referred prospects get “tagged” with a long-term cookie.
So even if they don’t purchase right away and come back months later, you still get paid (unless they cleaned their cookies out or come through another affiliate link).
Keep in mind that the “last cookie wins”.
Keeping In Touch
As an affiliate and trusted partner, we want to keep in close contact with you and be sure you know about updates to the affiliate program, special promotions, affiliate contests, etc. These things can be cash in your pocket.
You’ll typically hear from us via email, so be sure to give us your best email address. This may or may not be the same email you use for your Paypal account.
Please also be sure to give us other good info, like phone, fax, etc. in case we have difficulty reaching you via email.
Why such a high commission rate?
We pay 50.00% or higher because we want to have as many people as we can promoting our products. That way the word can get out to the most people.
It's in our best interest to help you make as many sales as you can. We understand that, in all liklihood, theses are customers we wouldn't have reached on our own without your having referred them. You deserve to be greatly compensated.
Who pays me?
We will pay you all your commissions via PAYPAL. All you have to do is setup a free Paypal account at Paypal.com (if you don't already have one) and make sure you give us your correct Paypal email address.
When do I get paid?
Once a month ends, it’s closed. We will pay you all your commissions due between the 15th - 30th of the following month. We may pay sooner, but you can expect your commissions to come every 30 days.
No Spammy-Spammy!
To put it bluntly, if we find out you’re spamming people (with offers on our products or anything else for that matter) we’ll kick you right to the curb.
Our long-standing reputation is just worth too much to us, so we won’t tolerate it.
You can only send email to prospects and customers that have intentionally agreed, or “Opted In” to receive email from you.
A good way to get opt–in traffic is to provide places on your website that allow people to opt–in. Opt–in programs such as Aweber (it’s what we use) are very effective for this purpose.
