And frankly it's usually feasible a lot sooner than you think, if you'll only challenge some of the existing assumptions you allow yourself to be limited by.
One of our own Flipping Homes community members recently hired a Virtual Assistant through Team Double Click to handle such things as:
- Managing his marketing campaigns (direct mail, billboard, etc.)
- Prescreening and handling all incoming leads personally
- Calendar management, etc...
I recently had a conversation with Laura Steves with TDC to explore this a little further, and it turns out they have many real estate clients who use their Virtual Assistants.
I decided to record my conversation in case it would be helpful to anyone else in the FH Community who may be considering a similiar move in your business.
