It's been a while since I communicated with you!  Many things have happened in the last month, and I feel like the world is a different place than it was just a short time ago. Jack Bosch- Land Profit Formula

I just had the privelage of being able to review Jack Bosch's Land Profit Formula home study course. 

As I expressed before, I usually don't get excited about new courses, but Jack's did intrigue me. I'm only about 25% of the way through the course right now and it's very clear to me that Jack knows what he is doing.  This is a very unique method and Jack has put together a great course teaching you exactly how to do it.  He doesn't just skim the surface but he get's into the little intricacies of how to make things work.

For instance, in one place he talks about going to the court house to get the delingquent tax bill list.  He teaches you that it will take on average 5 trips to the court house before you find the right person who knows what you are looking for.  He tells you about what it is you will experience and teaches you the right language to speak (courthouse jargon :-)) to find what you are looking for. 

One thing that leaves something to be desired is the quality of the writing.  There are a lot of errors, but then again I believe mine is very similar.  I think Jack could have used a good edit.  However, it doesn't take away from the information.  I'm more interested in the content that he is providing then how well it was written. 

Overall I think that Jack has a winner here and I'm hoping that he'll become a friend of the Flipping Homes community.

Flipping Land!

Hello everyone!  It's very rare that I recommend another persons product.  Jack Bosch and I got off the phone a little earlier today.  I usually won't talk to most people who want me to recommend their products, but I decided to talk to Jack because I was very intrigued.
